We work in conjunction with breweries, bottle shops and other beer and alcohol retailers (the “Seller”) to enable you to view, search and compare offers and promotions they have provided all in one place. We do not and cannot guarantee that every Seller, or product a Seller sells will be included on the Website. Not all Sellers will be included on the Website and those that are included can and will change without notice to you.
Buying from Sellers
If you wish to purchase any products you have seen on the Website, you are required to visit the website of the Seller associated with your selections. When you make use of any services offered by a Seller, and especially, in the event that you visit their website or online services via a link from the Website to buy any product from it, you are bound by their terms and conditions. We hold no responsibility for such purchases or online activity.
We are not acting as agent for any Seller. We are also not selling, reselling or licensing listed products. We will not be notified to any transaction or contract with any Seller that you may enter into for the purchase of listed products and we have no liability regarding any listed products. We reserve the right to use any Seller Information provided in existing or new services.
